In Nowadays, with advances in science and automation, human life is faced with many ‎problems. Recently, the rapid increase in the ‎elderly population includes numerous ‎consequences, because most elderly are economically non-productive and consumer, ‎are ‎socially isolated and vulnerable in terms of health are suffering from various ‎diseases. Experts believe that creating a peaceful ‎atmosphere is effective in mental ‎relaxation. Architecture and urban space has long been one of the main elements ‎associated with ‎the life of older people. The existence of older people in their homes ‎and community requires initial response to their needs. This ‎response should include ‎consideration of psychological conditions and physical limitations of them. The aim of ‎this study is ‎investigating the extent and nature of the sense of privacy and impact of ‎architectural elements on them. In this regard, a self-made ‎questionnaire with 20 ‎questions is prepared and are distributed among the elderly and elderly care center staff ‎of Parham institute. ‎The results of study are analyzed using spss software and thus ‎confirmed in three research hypotheses. Results also showed that ‎using architectural ‎landscape in a nursing home has the greatest impact on mental attractions and then ‎relax and then engagement.‎‎
