Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • 1- Please submite your manuscript online and also send by email to the journal.(
  • 2- The submission has not been previously published or submitted to another journal (Except arXiv and or viXra).
  • 3- The submission file should be in MS Word Office 2013 or later and or in Latex format.
  • 4- The text is single-spaced,(12-point font), all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points.
  • 5- There is a publication fee (USD $300) only for accepted manuscripts, plus an additional fee (USD $10 - $15) due to money transferring by using PayPal. (All manuscript submited from arXive are free to publish)
  • 6- Your manuscript will be register with CrossRef and DOI no officially.

1. Manuscript Preparation
1.1 Structure
Authors are encouraged to organize their manuscripts in the following structure:

Title Page

Title of the manuscript
Author(s) names and affiliations
Corresponding author's contact information

Concise summary of the research, not exceeding 250 words.


Provide 3 to 5 keywords.


Clearly state the research problem and objectives.

Literature Review

Contextualize the study within existing literature.
Materials and Methods

Detailed description of the experimental design or methodology.


Presentation of findings with clear tables and figures.


Interpretation of results and discussion of their implications.

Summarize the key findings and propose future research directions.


Acknowledge individuals or organizations that contributed to the research.


List all sources cited in the manuscript.
1.2 Formatting
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spacing.
Margins should be set at 1 inch on all sides.
Number pages consecutively.

2. Bibliographic Standards
2.1 In-text Citations
Use the author-date citation system (APA style).
Example: (Smith, 2010) or (Brown & Johnson, 2015).

2.2 Reference List
Alphabetize references by the last name of the first author.
Include the names of all authors.
Follow the APA format for different types of sources.

Journal Article:
Last name, First initial. (Year). Title of article. Title of Journal, volume number(issue number), page range.

Smith, J. A. (2010). Advances in food safety. Journal of Food Science, 25(3), 123-145.

Last name, First initial. (Year). Title of Book. Publisher.

Brown, M., & Johnson, S. (2015). Food Chemistry: Principles and Applications. Academic Press.

3. Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission system.
Ensure all files are in Microsoft Word format.

4. Review Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
