Author Guidelines and Recommended Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation
1.1 Structure
Authors are encouraged to organize their manuscripts in the following structure:

Title Page

Title of the manuscript
Author(s) names and affiliations
Corresponding author's contact information
Abstract

Concise summary of the research, not exceeding 250 words.

Keywords

Provide 3 to 5 keywords.

Introduction

Clearly state the research problem and objectives.

Literature Review

Contextualize the study within existing literature.
Materials and Methods

Detailed description of the experimental design or methodology.

Results

Presentation of findings with clear tables and figures.

Discussion

Interpretation of results and discussion of their implications.
Conclusion

Summarize the key findings and propose future research directions.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledge individuals or organizations that contributed to the research.

References

List all sources cited in the manuscript.
1.2 Formatting
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spacing.
Margins should be set at 1 inch on all sides.
Number pages consecutively.

2. Bibliographic Standards
2.1 In-text Citations
Use the author-date citation system (APA style).
Example: (Smith, 2010) or (Brown & Johnson, 2015).

2.2 Reference List
Alphabetize references by the last name of the first author.
Include the names of all authors.
Follow the APA format for different types of sources.

Examples:
Journal Article:
Last name, First initial. (Year). Title of article. Title of Journal, volume number(issue number), page range.

Example:
Smith, J. A. (2010). Advances in food safety. Journal of Food Science, 25(3), 123-145.

Book:
Last name, First initial. (Year). Title of Book. Publisher.

Example:
Brown, M., & Johnson, S. (2015). Food Chemistry: Principles and Applications. Academic Press.

3. Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission system.
Ensure all files are in Microsoft Word format.

4. Review Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
Authors will be notified of the editorial decision.
